Roger Lee Strange, 69, of Chase City, Virginia passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025. He was born August 24, 1955 and was the son of the late James R. Strange and the late Pearlyne Elliott Strange.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Roxanne M. Strange.
Roger is survived by his sons, Steven Ruszczyk of Florida and Brandon Strange (Jessie) of Chase City; grandchildren, Aiden Price, Marek Ruszczyk, Roxanne Strange, and Julian Strange; sister, Joyce Bratten; and nephew, Brian Bratten (Sarah). He is also survived by his friends, James Seamster, Brandon Widener, Vance Wright and Alan Wright.
Roger was a long time Truck Driver and was currently employed by Charles A. Wright Logging and Trucking. He enjoyed woodworking as a hobby.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Crestview Memorial Park in LaCrosse, Virginia.
