Roger Dale Summers, age 66, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born on August 30, 1959 in Dos Palos, California to Bobby Summers Sr. and Betty Sue (Lyons) Summers.

Roger was a proud veteran of the United States Navy who served his country with honor and dedication. In his younger years, he developed a deep appreciation for music and enjoyed playing a variety of musical instruments. He was also very active and participated in cross country running, showing both determination and a strong competitive spirit. Roger will be remembered for his kind and caring heart and his genuine love for others. He had a special place in his heart for animals and showed them great compassion throughout his life. Above all, he will be remembered as a loving person whose warmth, kindness, and gentle nature touched the lives of those who knew him. His memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Roger is survived by his three children, Timothy Taylor, Tiffany Summers, Tobias Summers; eight grandchildren, Darian, Daniel, Abby, River, Michael, Jasmine, Seth, Jenna; two great-grandchildren, Sage and Ezekiel; two sisters, Glenda and Lydia; a brother, Bobby Jr, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in passing by his beloved parents Bobby Summers Sr. and Betty Sue (Lyons) Summers; one brother, Kelly Glenn, as well as Peyton Aleman, Steve Edwards, and Jimmy Edwards.

There will be a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday 23, 2026 at Mayberry Cemetery in Central City, Arkansas, with Pastor Steven Smithson to Officiate. Pallbearers will be Bobby Summers Jr., Daniel Padua I, Timothy Taylor, Darian Summers, and Daniel Padua II.
