Roger C. Thibault, Sr., 87, of Medway died peacefully at his daughter's home in Bellingham on Sunday, September 21, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Lorraine M. (Burgoyne) Thibault who died in 2012.

Born in Plainfield, NH on October 12, 1937, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Leola (Green) Thibault.

Roger grew up in Meriden, NH and graduated from Lebanon High School in Lebanon, NH. He was a longtime resident of Natick until moving to Medway 13 years ago.

Roger proudly served in the United States Air Force for 30+ years attaining the rank of Master Sargent.

Before his retirement, he worked as a produce manager for Star Market for over 30 years.

He is survived by his daughter Bonita "Bonnie" Sousa of Bellingham, five grandchildren, Ricky, Allison, Mark, Matthew, and Larry Jr., several great-grandchildren, and his sister Linda Chase of Enfield, NH.

He was the father of the late Roger Thibault, Jr. and Lawrence Thibault, Sr., and brother of the late Henry and Robert Thibault, Patricia Lombardi, and Priscilla Linscott.

Roger was an avid reader whose favorite place to visit was Barnes & Noble. He enjoyed going out for breakfast every day and could not live without his newspapers. His truest joy was spending time with his best friend & grandson, Ricky.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour on Thursday, October 2 from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Ginley FUNERAL HOME OF FRANKLIN, 131 Main Street, FRANKLIN ginleyfuneralhomes.com followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Medway.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roger's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org/
