Roger Wagoner, a lifelong resident of Georgetown and a life member of the Nazarene Church, passed away in his home on 9/19/2025.

Roger loved his homestead, horses, being a handyman, going out two-stepping, and having a faithful dog companion named Star!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Carole Wagoner, also life members of Georgetown and his Aunt Dorothy, who lived on the homestead, and he looked after her every day of her life.

He is survived by his brother, Rodney Wagoner of Florida, His Niece, Rebecca Murphy and her husband Sean of Alabama, his great nephew and niece, Brayden and Addalyn Murphy, of Alabama and many cousins that love him. While Roger never had any kids of his own, he beloved Jeremy & Brittany Perkins and their two boys Dusty & Easton who he thought of as his grandsons.

Roger was a well known and loved man he will be missed!

A visitation will be conducted on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 11:00am-1:00pm with Funeral to follow at 1:00pm at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home, 320 W. Main Street, Georgetown, KY 40324. After the service we will in procession to Crestlawn Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
