Rolland Flood Obituary
Mr. Rolland Joseph Flood affectionally known as “Rusty” passed away Friday, January 31, 2025, at Covenant Healthcare-Harrison. Age 63 years. Rolland was born June 6, 1961, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Joe N. and Lula Flood.
Rolland attended Saginaw High School and loved to be around people having fun. He loved driving around the city and playing his music. Rusty would make anyone laugh at things he would say or do. He enjoyed fishing, and he never complained or argued with anyone.
Rolland leaves to cherish his memory one son Wenzell Franklin, Dallas, Texas; his loving, caring, and devoted sister Ava D. (John) Flood; many other relatives and friends, including the Clark and Rivers family, Jackie Knuckles, Desmond Rivers, Eric Brown, Bobby Shakespeare, Lillian, and all of our Annesley Street family.
Rolland was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Lula Flood, loving daughter, Ayonna D. Flood, many aunts and uncles, and a special friend Alvin Clark.
The family would like to express special thanks to Covenant Harrison 6TH floor ICU, the Staff at DaVita's on Hoyt St, and Ivan E. Phillips and the Staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
