He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Rupert, Ronald, Roger and Raymond Smith; sisters, Bernice Jarski, Theresa LaPrairie, Audrey Smith, and Valerie Ross; and one granddaughter, Amanda Stolz.
Rollin is survived by his wife, Peggy Smith; son, Jason (Ariann) Smith of Cloquet; daughters, Betty (James) Reese of Dayton, OH, Rhonda (Dennis) Peterson of Hermantown, Lesia Berg of Cincinnati, OH, Peggy Susan (Jeff) Rhoden of Huntsville, AL.; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 7, 2021 in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet. Visitation will continue from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service on Friday, October 8, 2021 also in the funeral home. Interment in Holy Family Cemetery.
