Roma Mae "Phillips" Dailey

Roma Mae Dailey, 90, of Martins Ferry, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026, in Liza's Place. She was born on November 11, 1935, in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Herman and Elberta (Thompson) Phillips. Roma was a member of the Lords House Church, retired from G. C. Murphy's department store, Wheeling after 27 years of service, enjoyed gardening in her flower beds, and long walks around town.

Roma is survived by three sons, Romer J. (Rhonda) Dailey, Laymond V. (Carrie) Dailey, and Jacob A. (Sherry) Dailey; three daughters, Pamela Schramm, Jerri Robinson, and Barbara (Tim) Fairbanks; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters, Ruth Ray, Hilda Lawrence, Mary Kinnen, and Margaret Groves.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH.
