Romolo Valentini Obituary

Romolo was a mason for over 45 years having bricked over 1000 homes with his brother Gelasio (d. 2020) in their own private, two person company. He and his wife retired to Mesick Michigan for over 11 years. Eventually, they moved to Owosso Michigan in 2023 to be closer to their sons.
In July 2024, he officially became a US citizen at the age of 80. Romolo was an avid worker and gardener. Always moving and never feeling he did enough in a day unless he was tired and sore. He built or remodeled 3 of his own homes over the years and laid the brick on them all and had his hands in all aspects of each home.
His sense of humor and loud demeanor which covered a sweet disposition will be missed. But, his legacy will live on. He is survived by his US family mentioned above as well as two remaining brothers, two nieces, a nephew, and great nieces and nephews in San Marino.
