Ronald D. Flint, 85, of Sebring, Florida, formerly of the Wilmington area, passed away peacefully, Monday, March 16, 2026 at home surrounded by love.
Ron was born November 9, 1940 in Wilmington, OH, son of the late William P Flint & Thelma Louise (Garrison) Flint Copsey. On August 25, 1962, he married the love of his life, Arlene Dick Flint, who survives.
Ron owned and operated Flint's Hardwood Flooring for over 35 years, known for his craftsmanship and integrity. He had a lifelong passion for horses and enjoyed training them for more than 50 years. He also loved Lake Cumberland, boating, and spending time with family.
In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his sons- Chad & Jason; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his sister- Darlene Flint Sturgeon.
Funeral Services will be held 12 Noon, Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington, OH, with Rev. Josh Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
