Visitation Tuesday, October 1st, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave., ( 2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling, IL 60090. Funeral Mass Wednesday, October 2nd, 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. In lieu of flowers, donations to MD Anderson Cancer Center in memory of Ronald Peter Smith, and in care of Dr. Matthew Ulrickson M.D., would be appreciated. https://gifts.mdanderson.org
