Ronald Aue Obituary

CRAINVILLE - Ronald "Ronnie" Aue, 82, of Crainville died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024, at St. Louis University Hospital.

He was a journeyman ironworker for over 30 years, and member of the Paducah Local 782.

He is survived by his wife, Julia Ann Aue; daughters, Brandy Ann Shaw, Sherrie Michele Runge and Kimberlee Wharton; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Lou Ann Dillinger; plus numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Ron was preceded in death by his infant son, Randy Gerald Aue; parents; brother; and his beloved aunt and uncle, Guy and Anna Mae Neuman.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, iin Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home in Carterville, with Jeff Wiggs officiating. Burial will be in Willowrest Cemetery in Carterville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
