Ronald "Ronnie" Bernard

Ronald "Ronnie" Bernard, age 75, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, September 17 2025 at Russell County Hospital.

He was born on Thursday, June 08 1950, in Russell County, Kentucky.
He was the son of:
Mother - Alma "Ovalene" Irvin Bernard, who has preceded him in death
Father - Arlus "Red" Bernard, who has preceded him in death

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Melinda Bernard and siblings. Patty Kinnett, David and Allen Bernard.

He is also survived by five grandchildren: Tionna, Dylan, Kieran, Lindsay, Mallie and Karissa, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his loving caregiver, Amy Phillips and his best Dog Friend, "Ollie". He made his life in the carpentry business and enjoyed building houses and laying block. Ronnie had a strong Christian Faith, loved Jesus like no other and was a member of Royville Friendship Church. Ronnie was a huge Cincinnati Reds Baseball fan and enjoyed Kentucky Wildcats Basketball.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, September 20 2025 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
Visitation will be 11 AM Saturday, September 20 2025 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
