Will always remember great conversation with Ron and his best pals Dick and Carol at Rural Town where I boarded my first dog when I was in my early 20s. I learned so much about dogs, Scituate history and life lesson too. I´ll always remember Ron for his kind soul and big heart.

I have many, many wonderful childhood memories of Ron - he and Dick Stephens were a constant presence in my life growing up. From sitting on a beach chair at Minot, on a pew at St. Francis, on the chaise lounges in his sideyard, and most importantly, to holding court from Carol's den on anything from town politics to Westminster, Ron was a kind, compassionate, supportive man who was always there with a kind word or to lend a helping hand.
Ron, thank you for being an exemplary role model. I hope you are at peace and reunited with Dick, Carol, Ginger, Ann and the rest of the Minot crew along with the countless others who were lucky enough to call you a friend.

Ron was a dear friend to my aunt, carol mott and I have many fond memories of seeing him at her home over the years to help with the dogs, hang out at the beach or simply laugh over a funny story. He is a fixture in Scituate and leaves a legacy as being a loyal, loving friend and in the dog world! RIP Ron. Holding you and family in my heart.

Really enjoyed chatting with Ron every week during my Meals on Wheels route. A real gentleman that loved having visitors. I´ll miss him for sure
