PLATTSBURGH - Ronald L. Coe, 77, of Tom Miller Road, passed away, November 15, 2025 with Gayle by his side.

He was born in Syracuse, NY on July 1, 1948, son of Burton and Bertha (Graham) Coe.

Ron graduated from Cazenovia Central School and then went on to attend SUNY Morrisville.

For over 40 years, he worked for Agway and also owned and operated R.L. Coe Trucking in Plattsburgh.

Ron enjoyed spending time refurbishing Tonka Toy Trucks as well as children's spring horses. He also enjoyed restoring his 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass of which he was the original owner.

During the summers he could be found at their camp in Henderson, NY. He also looked forward to the "OLD BOYS" annual snowmobiling weekend in Forestport, NY. Ron was a fan of NASCAR and Jimmie Johnson was his favorite driver.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Gayle Coe; sons, Ethan Coe, Travis (Meghan) Coe, and Adam (Chanda) Coe; brother, Richard Coe; grandchildren, Abby, Annelise, Elizabeth, Harper, Nathan, Scarlet, and Maverick; and nieces and nephews, Leah (Matt); Parker, Taylor (Phil), and Tiffany (Duane). He also leaves behind grandnephews, Benjamin, Daniel and Archer as well as his canine companions, Toby, Maggie, Aries, and Luther.

Ron was predeceased by his parents and nephew, Devin Coe.

Ron fought a long battle with cancer and Myasthenia Gravis.

The family also wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. William Pelton for his excellent medical guidance through the years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home. A time of remembrance will follow at 5:00 p.m.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Morrisonville EMS, 21 Banker Road, Morrisonville, NY 12962.
