Ronald A. DelliSanti, 78, of Fairfield, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born in Montclair, NJ, he resided in Fairfield for the past 47 years.
Ronald was the son of the late Alfred and Marie (Miller) DelliSanti. He dedicated 33 years of service to Hoffman-LaRoche in Nutley as a Chemical Operator. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Hawaii, a member of the Fairfield Auxiliary Police, a Cub Scout Den Master, and a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, Council 1178.
Ron is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Sally Ann (nee Torsiello); his loving children, Ron Jr. and his wife Kim, Vincent and his wife Michelle, and Roxanne.
His cherished grandchildren, Michael and Angelina.
He is also survived by his brother Fred DelliSanti and Anna, his brother Gary and his wife Gina; Sister-in-law Connie and her husband, Danny Junior; Sister-in-law Marlene and her husband, Edward Puchalski; as well as many nieces, nephews, godchildren, great-nieces and great -nephews, dear cousins, and friends.
Ron was a remarkable and truly one-of-a-kind man whose kindness and generosity touched everyone he met.
He found joy in parties and entertaining, bartending, casinos, traveling, dancing, and singing - especially his beloved "Doo-Wop" tunes.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman, he had a passion for the outdoors and found peace in nature. Known for his contagious laugh, quick wit, and unforgettable storytelling, Ron had a special gift for brightening any room he entered.
A devoted and hardworking provider, he was a true jack of all trades and was always willing to help others without ever expecting anything in return. He cherished his family deeply and lived his life with integrity, warmth, and compassion.
His vibrant personality, caring heart, and unwavering love for his family and friends will be remembered always.
To Ron, family was everything. He will be deeply missed. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and in the memories that will be cherished for generations.
The family would like to thank the compassionate doctors, nurses, and caregivers who supported Ron during his final days.
Visitors will be welcomed at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 9, from 10am-1pm. A funeral service will be celebrated at 1pm, followed by entombment at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
