Ronald Joe Gray, 76, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025, in Denton, Texas. He was born on October 11, 1949, in Dallas, Texas, to Zane and Anna Mae Gray.
Funeral services will be held 11:00a.m. Saturday, December 20, 2025, at North Beach Church of Christ.
Ronald had a deep love for learning and history, especially Civil War trivia and genealogy. His faith was central to his life, and he was a devoted member of his church, loving both his congregation and his God. Above all else, Ronald cherished his family and found his greatest joy in spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Louise Gray; his son, Mark Wallace Gray and wife Pamela; his daughters, Amanda Mota and husband Tommy, Jennifer Horsley and husband Kyle, and Cherry Byrne; his brother, Billy Gray; his sister, Sherry Martin and husband John; and his grandchildren, Madison and William Byrne, and Andrew, Bethany, Caleb, and Deacon Gray.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Zane and Anna Mae Gray, and his brother, Zane Wallace Gray Jr.
