Nancy Kipp, 80, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026.
Born on September 17, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, Nancy was the beloved daughter of Anastasia and Michael Bagierek. She grew up in the Detroit area and graduated from Southfield High School before continuing her education at Michigan State University, where she formed lifelong friendships and cherished memories.
On June 11, 1966, Nancy married the love of her life, Frank Kipp. Together they built a beautiful life grounded in laughter, and family. They shared 50 wonderful years of marriage before Frank’s passing on August 24, 2016.
Nancy found joy in life’s simple and meaningful pleasures. She had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and opened her heart and home to many beloved pets over the years. She delighted in gardening, nurturing both flowers and friendships with equal care. Nancy also enjoyed traveling and creating lasting memories with her family. Above all, she treasured time spent with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life and her greatest pride.
She is lovingly remembered by her three sons: Scott (Cindy) Kipp of Dallas, Texas; Sean (Leslie) Kipp of Keller, Texas; and Dr. Brad (Becky) Kipp of Keller, Texas. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to nine grandchildren: Amanda, Grant, Sloane, Clark, Colt, Jackson, Marisa, Jameson, and Everett. Each of them brought her immense joy, and her love and guidance will remain with them always.
Nancy will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the family she so dearly cherished.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Nancy's memory to the Humane Society, SPCA, or Operation Kindness, honoring her lifelong love for animals.
