Ronald D. Hammac, 81, of Glennie, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025 at his home.
Born November 3, 1944, to Noah and Thelma L. (Renfroe) Hammac in Detroit, he was raised in
Alabama. Ron served in the US Army with the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam war. In 1967, he married Ann Kinney. Ron loved to fish, especially bass fishing. He enjoyed hunting and motorcycles. He especially loved attending classic car shows with his 1957 Corvette.
Ron is survived by his wife, Ann, four children, Rhonda (Richard) Zeestraten, Ronald Hammac (Debra Gavin), Tammy Hammac and Travis Hammac, eight grandchildren, Bradford (Jade) Perry, Crystal (Sean) Murphy, Christopher Kreutzer, Ronald Kreutzer, Amanda Kreutzer, and Draven Hammac, many great grandchildren, and his sister, Vassie Hooper. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lorene Lands, and three brothers, Frank, Dennis, and Roy Hammac.
Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. No services are planned at this time.
