I was saddened to have found this notice on line; my heartfelt sympathies to Ronnie's family. Ronnie is my cousin, through aunt Betty's sister Dorothy (Smith) Barry. I remember clearly Ronnie's visits to my family home in Roslindale when he was in Boston for the USCG. He would come in full uniform and I (maybe 10 years old) was quite impressed. A quick story - Ronnie would love to sit and chat while eating a quart of Brighams vanilla ice cream ! I remember the visits to his house in Whitinsville and his room for his model trains on the second floor. Sadly, I think the last time I saw Ronnie, and Lucy as it turns out, was at her baptism. May God bless you all. John Barry
