Ronald passed away in December 2017. Ronald was a resident of Virginia at the time of passing. Ronnie was a graduate of Granby High School and Old Dominion University followed by a career as a CPA and independent consultant with Salmons Inc. The family will be sitting Shiva at Ron and Sharon's home from 4:00 - 7:00pm through January 11th.

I was just informed about Ron. I worked with ron when he was at Larrymore. I great sense of humor and brilliant.
I will miss seeing him at Tides games. I have nothing but great memories of the Allena Bat Mitzvah and many other wonderful times

Sorry for your loss as I just found out a couple of days ago. Ron was my boss at Larrymore. He was the best boss I have ever had. I also visited Ron across the ice at the hockey games as Ron was the one who introduced me hockey in Norfolk which I became a season ticket holder because of Ron. He will be missed by all his family and friends. RIP RON!

I remember Ron back in high school . We weren't close classmates but we did share some good times at GHS. He was also a big ODU basketball fan. My sincere condolences.

We have been so blessed to have the Hurwitz family in our lives. Ron was such a special gentleman with his big smile & unending wit...he always supplied endless fun to those he was around! We shall sincerely miss you Ron - family gatherings will never be the same!

Ron brought a lot of joy into many people's lives. He dearly loved his wife, Sharon, his daughter, Allena, and his grandson, Raleigh. Ron's many close friends and family will miss him immensely especially his great smile and his willingness to undertake any challenge - from skiing the Colorado mountains to galloping on horses in the meadows there. Sharon, my deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. Ron will always be with us because of all the wonderful moments that we all shared together. Take care, Jerry

I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. We grew up in Roland Park and went to school together. Also we're in B'nai Brith Youth together. May all your fond memories of Ron help you through these difficult time.
