Ronald "Steven" Kelly

Ronald Steven Kelly of Willcox passed away at home Sunday morning, November 16, 2025, at the age of 67. He was born in Easton Maryland on February 16, 1958, to James Kelly and Margaret Elizabeth Maule. He was a hard worker and was a respected HVAC mechanic for 32 years. At the age of 16 he earned his GED and got his certification in HVAC, Electric and Plumbing. Steve left the family business and moved to Arizona in 1986. He worked for Foster Sheet Metal for 32 years. Steve was a family man and is survived by his wife Angela, daughter Jennifer Ochoa (Shane Brewer) who she was proud to call him her dad. Also surviving are his grandchildren Brianna Gutierrez, Josue Gutierrez, Jasmine Pratt, Thomas Pratt Jr., Brandon Pratt, Tyler Pratt and Daniel McClellan. Preceding him in death was his mother Margaret Kelly, his Uncles Cliff and Charles and his Aunt Pauline. His daughter Rebecca Ochoa and son-in-law Thomas C. Pratt also preceded him in death. A celebration of life will be held at a late date.
