Ronald Joseph Kyde

Ronald Joseph Kyde, age 72, of Deer Park, OH, beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and friend, was welcomed into God's loving arms on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Born on June 3, 1953, in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of the late Robert and Teresa (née Conrad) Kyde.

Ronald is survived by his devoted wife, Colleen J. (née Barry) Kyde, and his children, Sharon A. (Nik Chachoff) Kyde-Huff and David J. Kyde. He is reunited in heaven with his daughter, the late Christina M. Kyde.

He is also survived by his siblings Paul (Kathy) Kyde, Joan Kyde, and Teresa (Denny) Voegele, and is preceded in death by his siblings Mary (the late Ken) Rose and Bill (the late Rhonda) Kyde. Ronald was a proud grandfather to Shayla (Anthony), Austin, Alex (Madison), Brayden, Bryson, and Alisa (Shawn), and he now joins his late granddaughter Caitlyn. His legacy continues through his great grandchildren Luke, Grace, and Sophia.

Ronald spent his career as an automotive mechanic at Cincinnati Engine, where he was known for his skill, dedication, and steady work ethic. He took great pride in helping others keep their engines running smoothly.

A man with many passions, Ronald was a big time bowler, an enthusiastic drag racing fan, a loyal Cincinnati Bengals supporter, and an avid coin collector. He embraced life fully and brought joy wherever he went. Ronald was well loved by everyone he met and will be deeply missed. He will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

A visitation to honor Ronald's life will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., at Deer Park / Staley-Strawser Funeral Home, 7140 Plainfield Rd., Deer Park, OH 45236.
