Ronald (Ronnie) G. Lentz, 80, of Seven Valleys, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, July 4th.
Ronnie was born in Loganville, the son of the late L. Murray Lentz and Velma J. (Miller) Lentz, Loganville.
Ronnie was a Tool and Dye maker/Machinist most of his working years. Later in life he and his son Jason spent their summers cutting grass for several families in the community which he always enjoyed. He was a long time member of Christ Lutheran Church in Loganville. He was a member, volunteer and served 2 years as President of the Loganville Fire Company.
Ronnie Lentz also is survived by daughter, Sherry (Steve) Martin, York, PA, son, Jason Lentz, Seven Valleys and step-daughter Kim (Mike) Godfrey, took great pleasure in being Pap to 3 grandchildren and 5 great-granddaughters whom he loved to watch play and laugh. He has one brother, Brian (Diane) Lentz, Jacobus, nieces and nephew. He is preceded in death by brother Gerald Lentz and nephew Jeremy Lentz.
The family will have a private gathering to celebrate the life of their loving Father and "Pap".
