Beloved husband of Kathy Flad Livaudais for 43 years. Loving father of Amanda Livaudais, Melissa Livaudais (Dean), Stepfather of Tracie Allen (Dean), Daryl Allen, Jr. (Angela), Karen Hughes, and David Allen (Amy). Grandfather of Brett Livaudais (Katie), Joey and Tyler Boyer, Melinda and Samantha Hughey (Mike), Brandon and Brianna Young, Courtney, Anthony, and Melanie Hughes, Haylie Allen, Elizabeth Carr (Brenden), Meghan, Andrew, and Matthew Allen. Great-grandfather of Lily and Jasper Carr and Quincy Alston. Son of the late Joseph Livaudais and Wynn-Claire Boyd Livaudais. Brother of Kenneth Livaudais (Rachelle), the late Br. Michael Livaudais, FSC, and Mark Livaudais. Uncle of Valerie and Jeanne.
Ronald proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a Life Member and Past Commander of VFW Post 3267 (1985-86-87) and All State Team Post Commanders(1985-86, 1986-87). Die hard fan of Tulane football and baseball, as well as a longtime suffering Saints fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend services at St. Rita Catholic Church,7100 Jefferson Hwy. Harahan, LA 70123, on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Visitation from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Mass at 12 pm. Burial will take place at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460, on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 10:00 am.
