Ronald M. Lytle, 71, of Mile Hill Road, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, at The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton.

He was born Sept. 28. 1954, in Sunbury, a son of the late Robert J. and Minnie M. (Smith) Lytle.

Ron attended Shikellamy schools. He was employed with TRW, Danville until its closure and retired as an over-the-road truck driver for Watsontown Trucking.

He enjoyed hanging out at Roger's Barber Shop, Sunbury, or simply watching television as he drank his coffee.

Mr. Lytle is survived by; two daughters, Jennifer S. Lytle and companion, Tyrell Lyles of Trevorton, Katyln M. Lytle-Rushing and husband, Victor of Binghamton, N.Y.; one son and daughter-in-law, Anthony F. and Jennifer L. Lytle of Sunbury; grandchildren, Dylon and Madalyn; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry and Cathy Lytle, of Sunbury, Rick and Bev Lytle, of Watsontown; and one sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Lee Crossley, of Sunbury.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Shirley Lytle in infancy, Mary Martin and Sandra Clement and two brothers, Robert and Timothy Lytle.

A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury, followed by funeral services at 11 with his brother-in-law, Lee Crossley, officiating.
