Ronald Hamilton Renoff, 86, longtime resident of Severna Park, died peacefully under hospice care on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Ron was born on Wednesday, September 13, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to Paul V. Renoff and Margaret Hamilton (Houghton) Renoff. He graduated from Friends School in 1957, then graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Business Marketing. After receiving his degree, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard in 1964. Ron was the president of Chesapeake Limousine Service, a company he owned. He was also the first president of the Association of Limousine Owners in Maryland. Ron enjoyed boating and water skiing on his beloved Magothy river, his classic Cadillacs, and attending the theatre. He was a longtime member of Chartwell Country Club and he treasured summers at the Whitehurst pool. Ron always had a joke or a story to share and a laugh was always had by all.
Ronald is preceded by his parents Paul V. Renoff and Margaret Hamilton (Houghton) Renoff. He is survived by sisters Lois R. Brockett and Cynthia Houghton Renoff, both of Severna Park, several nephews and a host of close friends.
Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Friday, February 27, 2026, 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral service will be Saturday, February 28, 2026, 2:00pm at St. Martins in the field Episcopal Church in Severna Park, MD . Memorial donations to Magothy River Association, P.O. Box 550, Severna Park, MD 21146 or St. Martin in the Fields Church, 375 Benfield Blvd., Severna Park, MD 21146. Internment will be private at Loudon Park Cemetery.
