Our thoughts and prayers are with Margie, Lynn and family at the loss of Chuck. I enjoyed playing golf with him in Arizona when Anne Howey was married and getting to know him. What a great husband and father he has been. He will be greatly missed. Sincerely.

We will remember Chuckalo. We will remember the smile that lurked under the beard our infant granddaughter loved to pull as he held her on his lap. We will remember his quick reflexes as he avoided a car skidding across a Dallas highway in front of us. We will remember the barbeques and fish fries in Dallas. We will remember the DYI projects that always seemed to crop up when we visited them in Dallas. Margie and I would laugh as our husbands discussed what to do about a leaky faucet or loose boards, but they usually got the job done. I remember how much he loved to play golf and how patient he was with me, a duffer out of his league. Chuck will remember fishing with him in Texas. We will remember how much he loved to read the morning paper, after working so hard to reclaim the reading skills that the strokes had taken from him. Most of all, we will remember his love for and loyalty to friends and his beloved family. We will cherish the memories.

Ronnie and I were classmates at Murray High School before he transferred to Calloway and we also played little league baseball at the same time. I haven't seen him in a long time but I have fond memories and am sorry to hear of his passing. He was a good man who always seemed to have a smile on his face. May God bless and comport his family.

Ronnie ( Chuckalo ) and I were classmates graduating from Calloway Schools in 1962. I did not keep up with Ronnie after graduation. Next saw him at our 50 year reunion. He was always fun to be around. Sympathy to the family.

There is great pain in my heart tonight. I have known Ronnie (Chuck-A-Lo) longer than anyone still alive. Our fathers were brothers and Ronnie and I were born three months apart. Ronnie and I were alike in many ways and different in others. Even with our differences, I always had love in my heart for him! With each living in different parts of the country and pursuing different careers, it was difficult to maintain a close relationship. However, as we were both in the autumn of our lives and so many friends and relatives gone, we discovered we needed each other. In the past year communication lines were opened, warm visits occurred. Just last week we talked and decided that the next time I was in Murray we would play golf. I planned on meeting Ronnie next week when I returned back from my trip to Iowa. I was driving in Illinois when I received a phone call telling me Ronnie had died. I was shocked and saddened at the loss of a dear relative and friend. I found the nearest exit and returned to Murray where I could say good bye for one last time.
