Ronald Rumble, age 74, of Oakfield passed away peacefully October 1, 2025, at Hildebrant Hospice Care Facility, Rochester.

He was born December 12, 1950, in Batavia to the late Donald and Mildred (Prentice) Rumble, and brother to the late Sharon Glover.

Ron graduated from Elba High School and went on to marry Kathleen Fisher, on August 2, 1975. He was hard working and dedicated lifelong farmer with running a dairy farm and later on growing cash crops. He enjoyed watching the Yankees, Buffalo Bills, game shows and his grandchildren's sporting events. Ron cherished his family and spending time with them. He was a loving grandfather who taught his grandchildren the joy of farming.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kathleen Rumble: children, Nancy Eileen Rumble and Carol (Bryan) Gubb: grandchildren, Ethan, Addyson, and Carter Gubb; Brother in law, Reginald Glover and nephew, David (Shannon) Glover.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Burdett & Sanford funeral home, 11 Maple Ave, Oakfield, New York 14125. There will be a private gathering at Cary Cemetery, Oakfield.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Elba FFA, 57 S Main Street, Elba New York 14058.
