Former husband of Eileen.
Devoted father of Darlene (Kenneth) Cavanaugh and Kevin Selvaggio.
Cherished grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of six.
Fond uncle of many.
Due to poor health at the age of 17 he received 7 different weightlifting trophies body weight 165 he totaled 815 pounds, curled 205 pounds, bench pressed 360 pounds, military pressed 275 pounds and C&Sd 325 pounds and was known known as one of the strongest men in the nation for his age.
Ronald was a talented masonry contractor. He built his own home, the homes of several family members, and eventually owned his own fireplace business, Log and Flame.
Ron will be placed in a mausoleum at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
