Ronald Teufel Obituary
Born on November 13, 1969, Ron was the cherished son of Randy Teufel and Sharon Sturgis. He shared a life of love and devotion with his wife, Sheila Teufel. Together, they raised two children, Aaron Teufel and Sarah Radatz (Ron), who brought immense pride and joy to his life.
Ron worked 30 years at AT&T, where he worked in residential repair both inside and outside. Outside of work, Ron embraced life with enthusiasm and found joy in a variety of hobbies that reflected his vibrant spirit. He had a passion for fishing and enjoyed watching NASCAR and football. He also loved playing slots, golfing, bowling, and caring for his aquarium. These activities brought him happiness and allowed him to connect with others who shared his interests. Ron especially treasured the time he spent with friends in Michigan, often bowling or fishing together.
He is preceded in death by his mother-in-law Judy Brown; sister Stacey Teufel; paternal grandparents Charles and Edna Teufel; and maternal grandparents Velma and Theodore Murpy.
Ron is survived by his loving wife Sheila Teufel; children Aaron Teufel and Sarah Radatz (Ron); parents Randy Teufel and Sharon Sturgis; stepfather Rick Sturgis; sister Ginger Dailing; sisters-in-law Roxanne Melerine and Lori Thompson (Kelly); nieces Cassandra Gerwin (Andy), Shaylin LaRoy (Noah), Leilah Melerine, Victoria Tyler (Luke), Jessica Thompson, and Allison Thompson; father-in-law Keith Brown (Ruth Ann); as well as grandchildren Cameron Walker Radatz (age 4) and Owen Carter Radatz (age 1).
Ron will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will remain a source of comfort to those he leaves behind.
A memorial service was held at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Sara Chapel on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025 in North Street United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
