I met Ron when he saw me and stopped at the location where I care for a cat colony. He had asked if I needed any extra food. I think that accurately describes Ron. He was a kind and generous person. I did not know him well but I was glad our paths crossed. We each talked about the cats that we took care of, and how we both loved our "nobody's cats." I'm certain that you already know, but I wanted to take a moment to let Ron's family and loved ones know that he was a breath of fresh air in this sometimes cruel world. I was sad to hear that he had passed away.

I am so sorry about the loss of Ronald. I remember him fondly growing up. He was a terrific guy. Thinking of all of you at this difficult time. Love Annie Freitas, Helen's daughter
