Ronald Vargo

Ronald Vargo, age 61, born on February 23, 1964, to the late William & Victoria Vargo of Erie, PA., found eternal peace with the Lord on December 16, 2025. Survived by his twin sister Renee (Bob); brother Gary; sister Cheryl (John); and immediate family Sandy (Ike).

Ron attended Holy Family grade school and graduated from Tech Memorial in 1982. After graduation, Ron went to work for Erie Insurance for over 42 years as a Inventory and Materials Control Specialist, until his sudden and unexpected passing. He was an extremely dedicated employee and made many long lasting friendships which include Ken, Darlene and many others throughout the years.

As many of you know, Ron loved his Pepsi, the many cats he fostered and rocking in his rocking chair. Ron found serenity at his lot (Vicky's Acre) planting his garden and sharing the fruits of his labor with others. Ron enjoyed many visits to his favorite restaurant Ricardos! Ron took great pride in his 35+ years of sobriety. He had great determination and will-power. We are all so proud of him. He left us way too early. Ron was a loving son, a great brother, and a good friend to so many.
