Ronald Weiland Obituary

Ronald C. Weiland, of Oak Forest, Ill., formerly of Butler, passed away at the age of 88, on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Donna (Daugherty); his children, Greg Weiland (Robert Karpinski), Rhonda Weiland, Mary Riggs (Tom), Jaret Weiland and Bradley Weiland (Karen); his grandchildren, Emma, Ian, Jenna and Jack; his siblings, Glenn Weiland (Judy), Donna Wells, Linda Crouch and Roger Weiland; and his sister-in-law, Linda Weiland.
He was predeceased by his parents, Carl and Elva Weiland; and his brother, Larry Weiland.
Ron served 23 years in the U.S. military, starting in the U.S. Air Force and retiring from the U.S. Navy.
He loved spending time with his family.
Services will be held at a later date at St. Wendelin Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local hospice organization.

Donna and family,
I'm so sorry for your loss . My mother, Mabel, loved visiting when Ron was home visiting his mom. They were good memories, May good memories help you all in this time of sorrow.
