Ronald Williams Obituary
Mr. Ronald Dennis Williams, age 78, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025. He was born May 9, 1946 in Caldwell County to Raymond John “RJ” and Mary Watts Williams.
Mr. Williams was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Elkin Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7794, and American Legion Post 114.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, William “Bill” Williams and Lonnie Barnes, and sisters, Linda Bowman and Debra Barnes.
Survivors include: his wife Christine Combs Williams of the home, sons, Jeffrey Lee Williams of Jonesville, Marty Ray Williams (Jennifer Leigh Stewart) of State Road, and grandchildren, Zachary Kyle Williams, Taylor McLain Williams, and Savannah Grace Williams.
A funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon, May 4, 2025 at 3:00pm at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Danny Dodds officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior from 2:00-3:00pm at the church. Military honors will be provided by Yadkin Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10346 Honor Guard.
The family would like to thank the Kernersville VA Clinic for their many years of support and Mountain Valley Hospice for their compassionate care.
