Ronda Ruth Warren, 78, of Marshalltown, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Westbrook Acres in Gladbrook.

Ronda Canny was born on January 19, 1947 in Ottumwa. She was the daughter of Leonard Franklin and Ruth Emma (Cudworth) Canny. Ronda graduated from Ottumwa High School. She had worked for the Marshalltown School Systems as a head cook, retiring in 1995. Ronda enjoyed going to Meskwaki Casino to play bingo and slots. She cherished her family, especially her great-great granddaughter.

Ronda is survived by her children: Valerie (Jerry) Jamell and Duane Long; grandchildren: Nikkie Long, Zack Long, Cassie (Brandon) Tankersley, Chris Long and Kaylinn (Ryan) McRil. Great-grandchildren: Houston (Emily) Eastwood, Mariah Eastwood and Brayden Eastwood and great-great granddaughter: Scarlett. Ronda is also survived by her siblings: Larry Canny, Tommy (Dixie) Canny and Jenny Eves; sister-in-law: Lee Canny along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

Ronda is preceded in death by her parents: Leonard and Ruth; siblings: Gary Canny, Chuck Canny, Pat (Tom) Byers and Steve Canny along with sister-in-law: Marietta Canny, brother-in-law: Jack Eves; first husband: Ronald Long and second husband: Kent Warren.
