Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at United Pentecostal Church in Buna with burial at Antioch cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Tuesday, August 12 at United Pentecostal Church in Buna.
Born September 24, 1948 to William Johnson and Mary (Hamshire) in Jasper County, he worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by wife, Lisa Johnson; sons, Ronnie Johnson, Jr. and Kathy of Vidor, Rickie Johnson and Amanda of Buna, Robbie Johnson and Brandy of Buna; sister, Geraldine Long and Wesley of Vidor; grandchildren, Aaron Johnson and Leah, Kirsti Brewster and Kolton, Samantha Johnson, Brent Johnson, Dillon Johnson and Carigan, Ethan Johnson and Natalie, Kainen Johnosn, Journee Johnson; great grandchildren, Kailie, Kynzlie, Grayson, Carson, Brentlee, Landon.
He was preceded in death by, parents; brothers, Ray Carl, JW, Billy, Gilbert, and Leroy Johnson; sisters, Birdie and Lucille.
