Ronnie David Wilkerson was born October 27, 1944 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late Robert Wilkerson and Delphia Fisher.
"Round Track Ronnie" as he was known, enjoyed the thrill of dirt track racing, riding horses, and square dancing. He specially enjoyed racing when his son came of age to help him race. Eventually Ronnie would help his son race. They shared some meaningful times together.
Above all, Ronnie cherished his time with his granddaughter, Jayla. Their bond was a source of immense pride and happiness for him, as he filled his days creating cherished memories with her.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army, embodying the values of courage and commitment. Throughout his career, Ronnie worked most of his life in construction, demonstrating a profound work ethic that allowed him to tackle any challenge, no matter how big or small.
