Rose, 66, passed away on Saturday October 12, 2024
Rose was born in El Paso, Texas on October 10, 1958, to Teodoro and Rebecca Castruita. She graduated from Ysleta High School in 1978.
Rose worked for The Hospital of Providence for over 35 years where she eventually retired from. She loved the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Dodgers. She was also her nieces and nephews’ BIGGEST fan in their respective sports and was always in attendance.
Rose is preceded in death by her parents Teodoro and Rebecca Castruita, stepmom Perfecta Castruita, sister Gloria Nava, and brothers Arturo and Gerardo Castruita.
She leaves behind a brother Cruz Castruita, sisters Carmen Pallares, Mayela Mendez, Sandra Vasquez and Patricia Morales, along with many nieces and nephews.
Gathering of Remembrance will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a Rosary at 12:00 PM, Monday, October 28, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Graveside Service will follow at 1:30 PM at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
