With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Rosa Muñoz, who passed away peacefully on May 23rd, 2025. She was a beacon of kindness, compassion, and strength - a woman whose heart was as vast as the sky and whose love touched every life she encountered.
She carried the memory of her late husband, Segundo Muñoz, with grace and dignity after his passing, continuing to uphold the values they built together. As a mother and grandmother, she was the cornerstone of our family - always giving, always nurturing, and always putting others before herself. Her selflessness knew no bounds. Whether it was offering a listening ear, a warm meal, or a quiet moment of comfort, she gave without hesitation and loved without limits.
A devoted member of The Legion of Mary – NJ, she lived her days in service and prayer. Her devotion to the Blessed Mother was evident in the way she loved others with gentleness and compassion. She enjoyed gardening and had a love for flowers and plants of every kind. Her hands grew beauty, just as they comforted and gave so much of themselves to others.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and quiet strength. Though our hearts are saddened, we are comforted in knowing that her spirit will live on in the lessons she taught us, the kindness she shared, and the love she so freely gave.
She is survived by her children (Luis, Judith, and Edwing), grandchildren (Pamela, Alessandro, Joseph, and Andrew), and all those who were blessed to know her.
Mami, Abuelita - tu amor fue y sigue siendo el regalo mas grande que te tenemos. Gracias por ser una gran persona no solo para nosotros pero para todos que cruzaron tu camino. Te queremos y te extrañamos tanto.
