Obituary published on Legacy.com by New Horizon Funeral Chapel and Cremation on Feb. 6, 2026.
Rosalee Ryals, age 57, passed away on February 5, 2026, from a brief battle with cancer.

Born on March 24, 1968, in Urbana Ohio, Rosa was the daughter of Chester and Ruth Tomblin. Rosa grew up in Urbana Ohio until her senior year of high school when her family moved to Kissimmee Florida. After graduating from Osceola High School in 1986, she worked 17 years at Walt Disney World in food services where she made many lifelong friends and found her love of food service. She had currently been working as a manager at Culvers Restaurant in St. Cloud, FL. She was very involved in community service and had recently partnered with St. Cloud Police Department to have a fund raiser for Breast Cancer Awareness to help spread awareness. Rosa loved to travel, spending a lot of time in the Florida Keys and she also traveled to Turkey multiple times.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Ruth Tomblin, grandparents James and Roselyn Bowshier, Chester and Icie Fern Tomblin and several aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her children, Andrew, Isabella and Abigail Ryals. Her siblings James (Ana) Tomblin, Suzanne (Russ) Woeste, nieces Gabriella and Alexandra Woeste and Natalie and Rebekah Tomblin and serval aunts and uncles and cousins.

Rosa overcame many hardships in her life, even battling multiple different forms of cancer, but through it all, she was a WARRIOR. In the past 20 years, Rosa was diagnosed with cancer 5 times, and each time she faced the challenge head on. She was determined to survive for her children. Through every obstacle, she was brave, strong, and courageous, and she will be remembered as such.

There will be a Celebration of Life March 1, 2026, 1:00-3:00p at Hastings Ranch and Farm 1550 Dolphin Dr., St. Cloud FL.

Her remains will be taken back to Mechanicsburg, Ohio to be interned with her parents.
