Rosalie Loria Baker, 89, of Tickfaw, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025; service 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church, 14450 Hwy. 442, Tickfaw; interment at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Cemetery, Tickfaw; arrangements with Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Hammond and Ponchatoula.

Mother,
It was your skirt I clung to as a little girl when I was scared or shy. It was your dainty hand I held to protect me from getting lost in the crowds. It was your loving arms and soothing voice that comforted me when I was frightened.
As I grew older you drove carpool, brought me to art class and many other activities.
You lovingly welcomed my friends into our home. You taught me so many things and were always there for me.
I love you and miss you more than I can express.
