Rosaline Wilmoth Browning, age 97 of the Mt. Vernon Community in Clay County, TN passed away Saturday afternoon, December 6, 2025 at Celina Health & Rehab. Rosaline is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Rosaline Wilmoth Browning will be conducted Tuesday morning, December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Kevin Sweezy officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m.
Family requests memorials be made to Mt. Vernon Cemetery. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
She is preceded in death by: husband, Thomas “Tom” E. Browning; son, Kenny Browning; parents, Browlow & Bertha (Cherry) Wilmoth; grandson, Mark Browning; brothers, Lester Roy Wilmoth & Aaron Wilmoth; sisters, Zelpha Morgan, Oda Bowman, & Attrice Denton.
Survivors include: daughters, Phyllis Buford & husband Jr. of the Mt. Vernon Community, Jackie Spatola-Yadon & husband, Reed of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Marty Buford, Kimberly Trull & husband, Marshall, Katina Corrigan & husband, Shawn, Brandy Malone & husband, Paul; 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins; brother, Wilburn Wilmoth & wife, Shirley of Indiana; sisters, Maxine Bean of Clay County, Gracie Thacker & Joan Anderson both of Indiana.
