Rosanne Pinkovitz

ROSANNE (Orkoff) PINKOVITZ of Sharon, passed away on Friday morning, November 14 th at 85 years of age. Born in Kingston, NY, Rosanne was the daughter of the late Benjamin Orkoff & Ida (Cherney) Mann. She grew up with her younger sister, the late Eileen (Orkoff) Gilman. Rosanne was with her mother at the Concord Resort in the Catskills when a young man swam up to her. His name was Jack. The rest, as they say, is history. Rosanne & Jack settled in Sharon where they raised their two children, Ben and Barbara. Jack passed away in 2002. Rosanne was the beloved wife of the late Jacob "Jack" Pinkovitz, and the loving mother of Ben Pinkowitz & his wife Marlane of Stoughton and Barbara Pinkovitz of Aventura, FL. She was the cherished grandmother of Samuel Pinkowitz and Staci Pinkowitz & her husband, Diego Romero-Aros and was the dear sister of the late Eileen Gilman.

A graveside funeral service for Rosanne will take place at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, on Monday, November 17 th at 1:45PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to: The American Heart Association, PO Box 840692,Dallas, TX 75284-0692
