Rosanne Margaret Rawe

Rosanne Margaret (née Lauer) Rawe, age 68, of Alexandria, KY passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY. Rosanne was born in Fort Thomas, KY on May 18, 1957 to parents, Raymond and Margaret (née Faulhaber) Lauer.
She was a library assistant at Northern Kentucky University and retired after 33 years of employment. Rosanne enjoyed teaching religion classes at St. Matthew Church where she was a former parishioner. She was a current member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Alexandria, KY. She was an avid quilter and loved time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Rosanne is preceded in death by her daughter, Anastasia Mae Rawe. Rosanne is survived by her loving spouse of 45 years, Bernard Rawe; son, Benjamin Rawe (Kelly); daughter, Bernadina "Dina" Ryan (Michael); sisters: Mary Louise Honnigford (the late Dave), Rita Rebholz (Carl) and Linda Wassum (Robert); brothers, David Lauer (Patricia) and Lawrence Lauer (Marie); grandchildren: Cadence, Mitchell and Isaac Ryan and Amelia, Ellis, Louise, Marian and Baby Rawe (due in February 2026).
Visitation: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 4PM to 7PM at Alexandria Funeral Home, 325 Washington St, Alexandria, KY 41001. Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 10AM at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 8246 E. Main, Alexandria, KY 41001. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
