Roscoe J. Parks II, age 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Roscoe was a proud United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He retired from Caterpillar after many years of dedicated service. Roscoe was a loving grandfather who cherished every moment with his grandchildren.
Roscoe is survived by his sons, David (Jane) Parks and Michael Parks; his grandchildren, Devin, Trevor and Gavin Parks, and Ivy Lakey; brother, Leo Parks; sister, Kay Parks; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his loving wife, Bonnie Parks; sisters, Faye Parks and Wanda Zabuski; brothers, William Parks and Tom Parks.
Roscoe will be laid to rest with his beloved wife privately at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
