Rose Allen Obituary
Rose was born in East Liverpool on January 18, 1931, to Anthony and Phylis Caputa Yanni.
She was a devoted homemaker whose days were filled with the comforting rhythms of family, laughter, and tradition. For several years, Rose brought the heart of Italy to East Liverpool from her family's beloved restaurant, Fiorello's, rolling pasta, stirring pots of rich tomato sauce, and shaping meatballs with the practiced hands of love. By night, she welcomed guests with a radiant smile and a kind word. Rose's faith was steadfast, as she was a lifetime member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and she was a proud graduate of East Liverpool High School.
In addition to her parents, her grandson, Zachary Arner, her brothers, Frank, Ralph, Lou, and Ray Yanni, and her sisters, Mary Fiorello and Joan Prince, preceded her in death.
She leaves her husband, Roy Allen; her daughter, Laurie (Mitch) Breneman of Granville, OH; her sons, Jeff Allen of East Liverpool and Scott Allen of Conneaut, PA; and her grandchildren, Kylene Massey and Emily Allen. Also, many nieces and nephews survive.
Father Bill Matheny will preside over Catholic Funeral Rites at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Sunday, February 8, at 1:00 p.m. Friends are invited to visit with her family at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Rose was our neighbor when I was a kid in Lacroft. She was always so nice. I have not been back to East Liverpool for a while, but I have found memories of your family.

So so many memories having Aunt Fran next to her in Pleasant Heights . We were always over there to have the best Italian food and so I could go thru her shoes , always a must . We were still laughing when she came to the Winters reunion .
So many other things too . I always looked like she was the Mother of the siblings . Yanni s are family to us . My thoughts and heart are with all of you. My love and blessings. With Love , Cindy Winters
