Rose Ann Burdic

Rose Ann Burdic, 75, passed away peacefully after a short illness on March 1, 2023, in Lakeside, Arizona. She was born May 1, 1947, in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, to Arthur Charles and Opal Jesse (Parr) Bissonnette.
Rose was the youngest of her siblings, grew up in the small town of Winston, OR. It was there she met her sweetheart, married and started her own family. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many different callings throughout her life. She had a strong testimony of her beliefs and shared that with many people. She taught us to love life, love God, love each other, and how to be just stubborn enough to preserve the ups and downs of this wonderful life while maintaining an eternal perspective.
She enjoyed sewing, making loom hats for service projects, and cooking new recipes. While she loved being a mom, she was head over heels when she found out she was going to be a Grandma.
As a family we echo the words she used to say, "Bye for now" and are thankful for the many things she taught us.
Rose is survived by her eternal companion, Bill, daughter Colene Johnston (Joseph), son Brad Burdic (Shauri), daughter Larann Persons (Stephen), brother Dennis Bissonnette, and six amazing grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Darlene, Irene, and Shirley, and brother Larry.
