Rose Marie Sarter Clonts, age 85, of Rome, passed away Sunday, March 10 2024 in Rome.

 Mrs. Clonts was born, July 3, 1938 in Sturgeon Bay, WI. She was the daughter of the late Mr. John and Elsie Sarter. She was a member of The Church at Northside. Mrs. Clonts was retired from B & B Pool Supply where she worked as the business manager. Rose was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

 In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clonts was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert William 'Bob' Clonts; brother, Herbie Sarter and sister; Dorothy Alexander. 

 Survivors include her two sons, Robert Charles and Julie Ruth Clonts of, Rome, David Glenn and Suzanne Clonts of Rome; two grandsons, John Clonts, Robert Clonts; three granddaughters, Caroline Clonts, Katherine Clonts, and Elizabeth Clonts; three great grandchildren: Kadey, Kami and Kierce Clonts; several nieces and nephews also survive.

 Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Clonts will be held on Friday March 15, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Salmon Funeral Home with Pastor Phil Wade and Johnny Davis officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 12:30 PM until the service begins at 2:00 PM. 

 In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Jude Children's Research Hospital.
