Mrs. Rose Berry Enlow, age 73, entered into rest on Saturday, May 6, 2023 with her family by her side. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 12:00PM in the Robert Davis Cemetery at the end of Prescott Road in Bishopville, SC, by Rev. Brian Enlow. For the convenience of traveling family members, the family will greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home, 200 W Church St, Bishopville, SC 29010.
Mrs. Enlow was born July 4, 1949 in Sumter, South Carolina a daughter of the late Calvin and Lily Trimnal Berry. Before retirement, Rose was a caretaker of the elderly. She enjoyed making art, crocheting, and doing crossword puzzles. Rose was the epitome of a people person and her greatest joy in life came from spending time with others. She will be remembered by her many friends, caretakers, and family members for her loving and generous heart.
Survivors include her sons, Rev. Brian (Brenda) Enlow of Bethune, SC, David (Jessica) Enlow of Cassatt, SC; grandchildren, Ashley (Justin) Autry of Florence, SC, Sarah Enlow of Cassatt, SC, Joshua Enlow of Chesterfield, SC, Lauren Enlow of Cassatt, SC; siblings, Wallace (Janie) Berry of Cassatt, SC, Sandra Shehane of Bishopville, SC, Lawrence (Donna) Berry of Bishopville, SC, Robert (Nancy) Berry of Cassatt, SC, Dennis (Wanda) Berry of Cassatt, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff and administration of McCoy Memorial Nursing Center for their exceptional love and care of Mrs. Enlow.
Mrs. Enlow is the grandmother of Josh Enlow, Funeral Director & family member of MRC Funeral Home. On behalf of the Miller-Rivers-Caulder Family, our love, prayers, and support are with Josh and his family during this time.
