Roseanne and I are deeply saddened by the news of my “special cousin” Rose’s passing. We have so many fond memories of the countless times we spent together in Brooklyn when Rose and Sookie would “come over for coffee” at 10 PM and we’d talk till 1 AM on a weeknight. We also remember the 1982 cruise we took with Sookie/Rose, Uly/Catherine and Ronny/Marilyn – what a good time we all had. We always think of Rose and Sookie with so much love! To Toni, Paul, Bobby, Steven and your entire family our thoughts and prayers are with you. Hopefully when you all speak of Rose, you will speak not with tears because your thoughts of her should not be sad. May the memories of the better times you all shared give you comfort, for her life was rich because of all of you and your lives are definitely richer because of her.
Rose.... May you rest in peace and Godspeed.
